To strengthen our Legal Team at our Austrian headquarters, we are looking for a 

Key responsibilities

  • Close coordination and cooperation with the Head of Group Legal & Compliance
  • Providing legal advice and support for group companies in Austria and the CEE region and collaborating with internal departments on all legal matters
  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the compliance management system
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the group
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating and liaising with external legal advisors

Your Profile

  • Completed law degree (Law or Business Law)
  • Solid knowledge of Austrian law
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style
  • Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality
  • Enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and advising specialists and managers
  • Interest in working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills, especially CEE languages, are an advantage

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at € 56,000. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are prepared to offer a significantly higher salary. The position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the freight transport industry.
